Swajas Air Charters Limted has filed DRHP with SEBI to raise INR 375 million through an IPO.
The funds raised will be used to part finance the fleet expansion; to set up of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) /Hanger facility; purchase of office building/space; for working capital requirement and other corporate purposes.
Aryaman Financial Services is the book running lead manager to the issue.
