Timbor Home Ltd is raising funds through IPO by issuing 3.69 million shares at a price band of INR.54-63 per share, by diluting 25% stake.
The issue opens on May 30,2011 and closes on June 2, 2011.
The funds raised will be used for purchase of machinery (INR 2596 million), establishment of new stores (INR 4 million), working capital requirement (INR 13182 million) and for other corporate purpose.
Corporate Strategic Allianz is the book running lead manager to the issue.
