Rane Group Acquires 26% Stake In SasMos HET Technologies

Rane group, manufacturea auto components through it's various group entities, acquires 26% stake in Bangalore based, SasMos HET Technologies. Unifi Capital Pvt Ltd acted as a advisor toRane group.
SasMos Het was incorporated in 2007 by HG Chandrashekhar and manufactures interconnection systems(cable harnesses) for application in the Defence and aerospace industries. Netherland based Citadel Industries hold 26% stake in the company.
Rane group is engages in manufacturing auto components through it's various group entities. The group companies include Rane (Madras) Ltd, Rane Engine Valve Ltd, Rane Brake Lining Ltd, Rane Diecast Ltd, Kar Mobiles Ltd and joint vetures – Rane TRW Steering Systems and Rane NSK Steering Systems Ltd.It has manufacturing facilities in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Mysore, Pantnagar, Sanand.
