SAIF Partners, MakeMyTrip Acquires 76.6% Stake In Le Travenues Technology For $18.5 Million

Le Travenues Technology Pvt Ltd, a Gurgaon based company which runs travel meta search engine, iXiGO.com, receives private equity investment of  $18.5 million from SAIF Partners and MakeMyTrip Pvt Ltd. Le Travenues Technology Pvt Ltd dilutes 76.6% stake to investors. SAIF Partners invests $13.7 million for 56.7% stake and  MakeMyTrip has invests $4.8 million for 19.9% stake in Le Travenues Technology Pvt Ltd. In 2008 BAF Spectrum invests seed funding in Ixigo.Com. As a result of deal BAF Spectrum exit from Ixigo.Com and sells its undisclosed stake to investors.
The transaction includes fresh investment and purchase of shares from existing shareholders of iXiGO.
Ixigo.Com started in 2007, promoted by Aloke Bajpai, Rajnish Kumar and Dharmendra Yashovardhan. 
In 2008.
iXiGO.com receives seed funding from from BAF Spectrum, a Singapore based company and exited from iXiGO. com  with the current deal.
