Axis Private Equity exit Vishwa Infrastructure by selling it's stake to Olympus Capital and New Enterprise Associates. Olympus capital invests $50 million in the secondary deal.
Axis Infrastructure invests $15 million for a 35.6% stake in 2008. New Enterprise Associates, invests INR 1000 million in the company in 2010 held 11% prior to this transaction. The promoters - Yerra Srinivas, M.L Sridhar Reddy, J. Vikram and Mr. K. Vijay Kumar, hold 53.4-% in the company.
Vishwa Infrastructure founded in 1999, a Hyderabad based integrated water EPC player and focuses on water and waste water pipeline networks, construction of water and sewage treatment plants, construction of pumping stations, management of NRW Projects and construction of allied infrastructure including reservoirs, civil and electrical works projects.
