Hero Motors Sells 17.6% In Munjal Kiriu To JV Partner Kiriu Corp

Hero Motors Ltd has sells its 17.6% stake in joint venture Munjal Kiriu Industries Pvt Ltd (MKI), to JV partner Kiriu Corp of Japan.

With this, Hero Motors' stake has reduced from 66.66% to 49%, thus becoming a minority shareholder, while Kiriu holds the balance 51% stake.

Munjal Kiriu Industries Pvt Ltd, a  joint venture between  Munjal Kiriu Industries Pvt Ltd and Kiriu Corp.
