JICS Logistic Ltd, a Indore based company offers warehousing management services, receives private equity investment of $8.81 million (INR 400 million) from IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd, via Tara India Fund III. Safire Capital Advisors India acted as advisor to JICS Logistic Ltd.
JICS Logistic Ltd founded in 1996 by Jai Narayan Jhawar and offers warehousing management services like commodity warehousing, collateral management, assaying and certification, It also provides services such as margin financing for commodities stored in its warehouses.
