Glodyne Technoserve Ltd, a Mumbai-based technology services firm,acquires venture-backed e-governance services firm Comat Technologies Pvt Ltd for undisclosed amount. As a result deal of investors Avigo Capital Partners, Enam, Elevar Equity (through Unitus Equity Fund) and Omidyar Network exit from Comat Technologies Pvt Ltd. Prime Securities Ltd acted as a advisor.
Comat Technologies Pvt Ltd receives $6 million from Avigo Partners in 2007, followed by receives $15 million in funding from Omidyar Network and Elevar's Unitus Equity Fund (UEF) in 2008. Intel Capital had also invested $4 Mn in the company in 2007.
