Molson Coors Brewing Co acquires 51% stake in Cobra Indian Beer Pvt Ltd from Brahma Management and Krrish Infrastructure for $35 million. as a result of deal  from Brahma Management and Krrish Infrastructure exit from Cobra Indian Beer Pvt Ltd.  In 2010 Brahma Management and Krrish Infrastructure acquires 50% stake in Cobra Indian Beer Pvt Ltd.
