L&T Finance Holdings Ltd, a 99.9% subsidiary of L&T, is holding company for the financial services business of the group, receives private equity investment of $75 million (3.3 billion) from Capital International.
L&T Finance Holdings issued 60 million shares to Capital International at INR 55 each.
