IncuCapital Advisors Pvt Ltd, a Venture capital firm launched its first fund, INR 1 billion 'IncuCapital Fund I'
The fund will raise its capital from Indian investors and has already received a commitment of INR350 to 400 million.
IncuCapital is a subsidiary of IndiaCo Ventures Ltd, an investment management firm.
Canadian asset management group Core Partners Inc is investing $6.4 million to pick a significant minority stake in one of the investment arms of the public listed private equity firm IndiaCo Ventures Ltd. It seems this amount is being invested in IncuCapital Fund.
