Nokia Growth Partners (NGP), the venture capital arm, acquires 3.51% stake in Network 18 Media & Investments Ltd via open market, as part of its ‘share-swap’ deal.
Network18 said, Nokia Growth Partners has swapped its investment in the group’s Internet arm Web18 Holdings for shares in the listed holding company.
Pursuant to the scheme of arrangement announced in July 2010, the operations of Web18 have been merged into Network18 Media and Investments in June 2011.
