United Phosphorus Ltd, conducts its business in three segments, agro chemicals, speciality chemicals and industrial chemicals, acquires 51% stake in Brazil based DVA Agro Do Brasil (DVA Agro Brazil) for $150 million.
The acquisition will be done via primary infusion of funds in DVA Agro Brazil and secondary purchase of shares from existing shareholders, who will hold the balance 49% stake.
