Shalivahana Green Energy Ltd, a Hyderabad based biomass power company, receives private equity $15 million from International Finance Corp.

Axis Infrastructure Fund 1 and IL&FS Renewable Energy Ltd invests $18 million (INR 900 million) in Shalivahana Green Energy Ltd.
Shalivahana Group, promoted by M. Komaraiah and family, is also involved in
other businesses like civil construction, education and cement production.
