InMobi buys HTML5 Ad Platform Sprout Inc

InMobi, a Mumbai based mobile ad network, acquires US based Sprout Inc, a provider of rich media mobile advertisingfor undisclosed amount. Sprout Inc operates a platform for building HTML5 powered rich media ads that run within mobile apps and the mobile Web. Prior to the acquisition, Sprout inc raises $10 million from Global Venture Capital, Mitch Kapor and Polaris Venture Partners.
